About Us
Green Thumbs for Healthy Bodies is a nonprofit dedicated to reestablishing our connection to food. We believe in a world where each individual & their community has access to fresh food & healthy ecosystems that can provide it.
By promoting garden education, opportunities and collaboration among our local agriculture network, we are making these resources available to more people.

Community gardens bring a unique opportunity to grow your own produce in a space where knowledge & experience can be shared.
On top hosting workshops at Pembroke Park community garden we have a growing directory of locations in Broward County where you can find a community garden near you!
A Food Yard is a lawn transformed into an edible landscape! By building relationships with residents & growing directly in open yard space, your fresh produce becomes as local as the neighborhood
you live in!
